Hi, I’m leah…
I’m a warm, approachable, and deeply compassionate person who believes aging support should feel calm, respectful, and human.
I work in an unhurried and adaptable way, allowing each visit to shift with the individual’s needs, energy, and comfort level. Some days are more active and strength-focused, while others are slower and centered around routine, connection, or simply being present.
I was drawn to this work through my own family’s experience supporting my grandmother. I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be to balance responsibility, emotion, and the changing needs of someone you love — and how meaningful consistent, compassionate support can be for both older adults and their families.
As a certified health and wellness coach, I bring a foundation in movement, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits. I also have experience supporting individuals living with dementia, adapting with patience, flexibility, and respect as needs evolve.
I believe everyone deserves dignity, privacy, and personalized support that helps them feel confident, engaged, and well in daily life. My goal is to help older adults maintain strength, independence, and quality of life through every stage of aging, while also bringing reassurance and peace of mind to the people who care about them most.
